3. Return Shipment:

   • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Issuance:

   • If the product qualifies for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Cancellation requests are not applicable once the order has been processed and dispatched.
